All items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

**Received the Wrong Item?**

If your order is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and clear photos. If eligible, we will issue a refund or offer a reshipment at our discretion.

**Changed Your Mind or Made a Selection Error?**

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct variant (length, curl, color, style, etc.) at checkout. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for buyer errors. If, as a courtesy, a return is approved, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility to receive a refund.
